In order to use VipNet's voice services you must:
- Be connected to the VipNet data network
- Have a high-speed Internet connection
In order to connect to our voice network (VoIPNet), the purchase/rental of a SIP-compliant device that converts the voice signal from either a regular phone or a PBX switching center into IP packets is needed.
The IP protocol is used for transporting the packets between the subscriber and VipNet, and then they are relayed to the final destination using the TDM technology.
ADSL subscribers can use our voice services using a modem equipped with at least one voice port.
